I have a "Royer Mod" MXL mic that I would like to try with some different diaphragms..When I google the only place I find is the Peluso mic lab..Where do you guys get mic capsules?

the "soundking" capsules are pretty popular though. however, i dont know about their availability. just do a search for that brand, or wait till some of the mic gurus pop up in here. :thumb:

Buying other complete microphones I bought a beringer B2 pro for just the mount and capsule.

Some others can get AKG ck12s(new style) but not in the USA. Check Ebay sometimes you can find capsules. Also Blue has the red? store capsules for about $400 USA. I have not tried a blue capsule yet. I have asked a local music store to try to order me a neumann replacement capsule no luck on that. Soundking seems to be hit and miss.

Good ones are going to cost some money.
