Mic conversion to better shock mounting. Special parts needed. [solved]

Hello,

I have this (alctron rebranded) mic RB-500:

The mounting is far too prone to movement noise and often ruins recording. I want to convert it to shock mounting and replace the integrated cable (weak strain relief) with a bottom mounted XLR. Pretty much exactly what http://shinybox.com/ribbon_microphones.php is doing.

I found this cheap ideal shockmount: http://www.thomann.de/fi/the_tbone_sct700_ersatzspinne.htm
But it requires some threaded bottom mounting part that looks something like the one here:

So where to get or how to make that threaded bottom mounting XLR part?

You would have to check the exact measurements, but I'm pretty confident this OEM Chinese ribbon mic shock-mount will be a simple swap-out with the yoke-mount on that mic you have:

Oh good lord yes! That's the perfect solution! I had no idea they had a specific shockmount available for this OEM ribbon.

Problem entirely eradicated and now I can install just about any common XLR panel mount connector to the bottom of the mic.

Got these now ordered from that ebay store. It's somewhat visible from even the pictures in ebay that the craftmanship in these is not perfect and indeed they are exactly like pictures. Perhaps a bit rough on the edges and even a bit of rust visible on the mic stand connector pivot. But they fit exactly and are the perfect solution nevertheless. Perhaps I will apply some make up on them.
