Hey Rochey, just some minor notes....can be helpfull.
IMHO SMASH command in EAGLE is very usefull when
you drawing the schem, to move values and designators arround.
SPLIT command for wires is another hit

Why phantom rail marked as 24v, with VALUE
command it is possible to mark it as 48v, and for normall
phantom switching, something like 100r and 100u/63v cap
are necessary.
On PCB.
You can give layer tvalues
10k red color and tnames
R2 blue, or something
like this, to bring the pcb dwg to more "user friendly level".
Then, when exporting to image, close tOrigins and bOrigins layers,
no more these annoying crosses.
Before drawing the copper wires, try to play with ratsnested layout...
this gives shorter wires and more eye-pleasant layout. Move part-ratsnest-etc......
I have move, wire and ratsnest commands allways on lefthand fingers, and some stuff on
upper keys of bigballed Kensington...this way drawing the pcb's is fast ans pleasure.
1n, 10n, 1n input filter with 1k input resistors is no very good for microphones with trafo
output...just try to listen and compare...if there's need of RF filter, just check
modern consoles, they using common mode chokes and lower cap's values.
Just...passed, stoped, some thoughts on the way

Good luck!
