Hey y'all, this is my first post on GroupDIY. I recently received two Midas SR001 channel modules and I can't seem to find any information on them. Based on the other posts about vintage Midas consoles, it seems like there isn't much out there. I called Midas about them and they said that they had no record of SR001's at all. They are interesting because they are a two-tier design, the top tier board is stamped "Midas SR001" and the bottom is stamped "Midas SR002a" and "Midas SR002b". If anybody knows anything about these, especially the pinout of the snap connector, I would be very appreciative. I'd love to get audio running through these to find out what they sound like. Thanks!

Never seen that one,
did you contact  Balijon?

I found a website with 2 of those units racked,
try to contact that guy, as he racked them up maybe he can give schematics or the Pin Out connections:

I have schematics and a board with those modules...  If you ever want to sell yours, my board has 4 blank spaces.

They were called "Studio Range" consoles. They had features for live sound, but they also had provisions for monitoring tape machine returns. So they could be used for recording and live sound.

Perfect! Thanks so much. Do you know what studio it came from? I'm wondering if the strips I have could be from that desk, given that there apparently weren't many made.
