Mixer with broken master and group outputs

I can buy this one for cheap. How hard would it be to repair this thing? It's a Soundtracs MR console from 1988.

Make sure you get the schematics - otherwise it could be a pain..

I only have a Voltmeter , is it possible to repair this without scope and lab PSU?
