Thank you for your input, but that's not the type of cable I'm looking for.
I do have Gotham on my list though, which would be the 10206. I might still try this before I decide...

I used Belden 8451 for some cable runs in my console and think I it is a very well shielded durable cable. However, the conductor insulation can be a bit heat sensitive and it has a pretty stiff outer jacket that has a memory (it retains the coil from the roll).
You can buy small rolls from Digikey (100') but it has nearly doubled in price over the last two years.

Thank you for the reply! Actually that sounds very similar to the Sommer cable I've been using and the reason I'm searching for an alternative. So maybe this is not the best option, but we'll see...
