monitora w5001/2 - info?

Hello folks.
Does anyone have any leads on a datasheet or schematic for this Monitora monitoring module?
A little confused about its correct operation in regards to relay switching.

Have searched the usual places and could not find anything. Vintagetools used to have a doc but that has been removed.
