I'm building my own BA283 card.

There are some errors about capacitor values on board.But it's not problem.You can use any layout to component placement.No error with PCB.

There is a mistake.10uF should be 1500pF(1.5nF).Not big problem.

I could use a pair of them for a summing amp but...

... do you supply any Kind of schematics?
Or rather an Explanation of the connectors A to V.

You can see schematic in Pip's link.(By the way thanks,Pip)Actually there are values on board.You can compare.

I added circuit that i used. It's easy to read.

400uf -> 470uf
125uf -> 100uf

I can't find these caps.

Caps of this size are usually either PSU bypassing caps or DC blocking caps. Bigger is always OK, I wouldn't use smaller ones though.
