My first audio diy project almost complete S*S*L 9*K preamp

My 9k preamp. 1 channell complete thus far. there will be four channels in this box. The box is an old computer router. The wiring is a little messy, I will clean it up when I make all of the cards. The preamp is very clean sounding. I am using it with a 5k audio taper pot with a 5k resistor in parallel, which is very errant on the gain. i will wire a gain switch soon. Here are some pics.

Sweet, lotsa wires! you could get lost in there. I gotta make someof these some year... after i finish the other 25 projects i've got lying around 1/2 complete.

hey, what layout are you using to make the pcbs?

I like the router box! i'm going to bug my network admin for one!

The layout is from ssltechs page. The wiring is a speghetti mess, but I will clean it up later. I just did a session with it. This is one clean and open sounding preamp. I have a few other projects half finished. My 312 clones are waiting on me to buy input tranfos. My ssl mixbus is waiting on me to make a mouser order.
