Hi,
I am looking for a schema NADY TCM 1100 microphone and schema TMPS-1 Power Supply. I need to know the input voltages.

yes, r3 and r4 have the same values as in diagram but main voltage on pin 1 and 3 is 145V and pin2- 6V

I have a problem with mic after a few seconds when I speak becomes quiet but when stop speak to mic about few seconds working again about few seconds

I don't know if the voltage 145V is correct, I don't know maybe NADY made two versions of TMPS-1 or maybe my TMPS-1 is broken?
 
145v is ok, 6v too.

Does it happen when you record instruments?
Seems more like capsule moisture issue, are you using an antipop filter? If the capsule have a lot of dirt this issue comes more easily
 
you're right,

I take a dryer and dried it for a few minutes, I did it from a distance
now microphone works properly but I don't know how long
