Does anybody have the scheemo== to the Z V E X N A N O H E A D A M P?

http://zvexamps.com/

It has been mentioned before, I did a forum search, but I want the orig.
I know it uses 6201W or something miniatures with flying leads, there are some DIY versions out there, but what about the original?

Thanks!

Found a fuzz box from zack, getting warmer...

how you put something like this inside a pedal???

and anyone know a source for "500 tera-ohm pots"

Because this is a high-gain circuit, keep your wire lengths as short as possible. Ground both the input and output signal bus.

This guy has a 1 watt and a bunch of other cool stuff.

CJ,

As far as low power output sections go, this may prove interesting:

It's a 12AU7 configured to do a kind of self push-pull if you like.

I think I'm going to try that power stage with a Marshall-ish preamp.

I wonder what that is, it is certainly not the zvex fuzzfactory I know, which has no tubes inside.
There used to be an article about the fuzzfactory here: http://f.defaut.free.fr/, but it's withdrawn now.

OK the output xfmr is the same one used as a reverb transformer in the fender amps, 0221091 or something like that, lucky me, I have one from 1972 that I saved for some unknown reason as there is always enough verb in the room.

So its a SE all the way thru, 2 dual trides, so three voltage amps and a power amp, we have the tubes, the xfmr, the topology, I see a 100 ohm cathode resistor, just wire it up and tweak it good, ehh?

quite exciting really , low watts amp
again highly depend upon speaker , but keep us in the loop

btw i found the CAE 3+SE schemo , no huge surprises
it does seem derivative from the Soldano X-88

i think those are standard rack handles if you are after the look as well as the sound...

That looks like it will do the trick!
What thread was that?
I have a whole box of those tubes .

I have some minis, 5672, 5678 and Tele DF 703, 2E31 or something?
Pentodes, not dual triodes, maybe a grid leak version with two stages driver with the minis, I like the regular 120 supply, just build his box in a bigger box.
Have to shield it good.

OT:

Found a new xfmr company for guitar:

I was thinking of using the AX84 Firefly output stage using a 12AU7 in push-pull using one of these (as suggested) :

http://www.hammondmfg.com/125a.htm

That supposedly gets you around 1W. Does anyone know (generally speaking) how loud 1/3W is?(!)

Loud thru a full stack, mosquito buzz thru a 2 inch zenith.

That xfmr looks ok, or roll your own fender version:
