I'm working with some non-western tunings and I need to adjust samples to match specific hZ.  I got a frequency generator to do the sine waves, but I need to find a good spectrum analyzer to tell me when I'm right on the right pitch.  The Waves PAZ analyzer totally sucks...It must only be tuned to western scales, because it will not shift as I change the cents of the pitch even though I can totally hear a difference in pitch.  Any ideas?  The Oscillometer doesn't seem to work with my sound card for some reason...

There's a spectrum analyzer plug-in on this page here that is well-liked by a lot of people: http://www.rs-met.com/freebies.html

I don't know if it's suitable for your purposes, though.
