Need help identifying BC182 transistor

Hello All!
Thanks in advance for any info you have.
So I'm building a circuit that requires BC182L transistors. I ordered BC182L from a distributor, but some are smoking on my board. When I download the datasheet from the distributor for this item, it links me to a BC182B.
The transistor says

CTBC
182B
LE

I'd like to think that this is a 182B, but the LE after is confusing me.

Luckily, a friend loaned me a DCA55 semiconductor component analyzer. This component is 100% a BC182B

What you have are BC182B, which have a pinout of 1=Collector, 2=Base, 3=Emitter
The BC182L is 1=Emitter, 2=Collector, 3=Base
