So I purchased a V475-2B on ebay.  Unfortunately, it was packed like garbage and arrived damaged.

The coil and shield has pulled from the base with leads.  The leads don't appear to be severed, but this doesn't look like an easy fix.  Has anyone cracked open one of these Haufe transformers before?  This particular one is the RK292/1- 90526.

Had the same problem....de-solder the tranny and glue ...did the job for me.
Just make sure those tiny wires are still connected to the pins.

I tried desoldering with no luck.  I have a feeling I'll need to use a rework station at work to pull all the solder out of the through-hole plating.  Either that or these are glued down.  :)

What did you craft with the V475 you repaired?
