Hallo,
i have a neumann w 495 stb stereo equalizer,

i did find the pinouts and i understand how i can connect xlr cables,
but i don't understand how the power can be connected,

on the pinouts i only see one pin thats connected to +24 volts,

if i buy a simple 24v power adapter i have two wires

can you please explain me how i can fix this?

With friendly regards,

Jeroen

i have  a "pin adapter" , there still are some wires connected but i'm not certain that these are all at the right spot

for example on the 4th pin from the left i see there are still 2 wires connected: (this should be the +24 volt)

(white ............  brown ...............blue+blue+red .................. red+red

for what reason would i connect two wires to the +24v connector?

hi,
thanks for the info,

and if i'm correct pin 15 "0v"  is the ground of the xlr output 2

so these two are connected together,

do i need to connect all the other "0v"  to pin 15 ?

No, they are internally connected.  You may test it using a DMM. "0" at audio pins are used for cables shield connecting.
