I haven't seen this posted yet so I thought I would. IMO, it is a shame it has come to this.
Go to: https://product-registration.neumann.com/
1) Register your product on their homepage, then enter the registered item as an inspection for repair in the ‘Contact Service’ column.
2) Neumann will then provide you with a service order number and return shipping instructions.
3) Send your product to their service centre using the trackable courier service.
4) Neumann will charge you our inspection fee depending on the product, for the counterfeit checking service.
5) They then inspect your product and determine its authenticity.
6) If your product is genuine: Neumann will give it a general service and return it to you with a certificate of authenticity.
The return shipping costs will be covered by Neumann.
If your product is counterfeit: Neumann will return it to you with a statement that it is not a genuine product.
The return shipping costs is covered by the fee.
