Hey folks,

Lately I've been getting into building DIY 500 series models from CAPI, and I'm slowly leaning towards using a line mixer in my set up, so that I can compile a modular setup of 500 series  preamps into one unit for a simple portable tracking set up. I was digging through some old threads, and there was some talk about a (since expired) blueprint by New York Dave and some boards sold by Jeff from CAPI (which I am having a hard time finding now on their website, mind you these aforementioned posts are around 7 years old). I was just wondering if any one could point me in the right direction of an 8816 style 16 channel line mixer DIY schematic or (and I doubt this exists) kit? Any or all help would be appreciated to point me in the right direction thank you!

I assume you're talking about the ACA summing: http://capi-gear.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=22_46

or the 500 series line amps?: http://capi-gear.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=22_117_120

There have been projects adding pan and fader front ends to the ACA. Probably close to what you're looking for. None of this is based on Neve line amps.
