I can't find a clip, but one scene I loved was when the Prez (Peter Sellers) was on the hotline to Dimitri (sp?) in Moscow. From memory:

"Yes, Dimitri, I'm sorry. Yes, I know you are sorry. Yes, Dimitri, we are both sorry."

I went to the movie with my parents when I was in elementary school. In those times, MAD was a real concern. I was well informed on current affairs since my folks were "news junkies".

That movie stuck with me all these decades. So many funny scenes!



BTW, the name of Keenan Wynn's character in the scene is Bat Guano! It was on his name badge of his uniform.
