I wouldn't worry about the change of resistor values in the new version, it does not change much (possibly to do with a new variant of silicon at the time).

How's the HF noise on the -15V rail? Did you see any oscillation there when loaded?

Will a noisy channel remain noisy if everything else is pulled off the PSU and bus?

hey gswan
Nothing seems to be showing up on the -15v rail
although whats your best advice for loading it, apart from having it plugged into channel?
im only testing one channel at a time connected to PSU
thanks

Hi,
Whilst comparing the 2 different channels, Ive realised that there are different resistors elswhere
These are the ones in the pics with red rings around them

They seem a lot smaller than ordinary resistors
They are off of the auxes and the L/R and buss switches
I was wondering why these are different and if it had to do with noise issues?
Also seen in the pic with green rings around them are jumper wires.
However these are 0 ohm metal film resistors compared to the other channels which are just strips of wire
Would these pick up noise?
Thanks
Paul
