Hi

I'm about to put a pair of NTP (labeled Telefunken) 179-280 limiters in a 1 U rack case. On the frontpaneldesign i have made 2 suitable rectangular holes to fit the modules, but i'm looking for tips on how to get them properly secured. There's a mechanism made for the original racks, but they won't grab a frontplate - it's like the hooks are placed too far away from the edge.

I've looked a some pcb holders - that you can slide the pcb into and they will sit on the bottom of the case. But none i've found have been been a really good fit. Any good advice on how to get them mounted is greatly appriciated?

I think they have the same mechanical design and dimensions as a lot of other vintage modules, so maybe some of you have done it succesfully :) A few pics and the frontpanel design (as of now) is attached.

all the best
Lauritz
