OA154Q is a matched quartet of Germanium diodes for ring modulators...

electr.data: I F: 6 mA; U F: 1 V; I sp: 10 µA; U sp: 10 V; Imax: 20 mA; Umax: 50 V; tmax: 100 °C.

Should be equivalent to AAY18 - which is quite expensive:
