Oktava MK-012/MC-012 capsule grill ring popped off - how to reattach?

Just picked up a used Oktava MC-012 and one of the capsules (the omni) had a loose part. I can best describe it as the grill ring that has the "omni" symbol on it. The mic sounds perfect and seems to be as dead quiet as one could expect. Any ideas on how to re-attach this part? Thanks!

I suspect those are just glued, I've a loose-ish one too.
