opamp no negative VDC supply?

If I have a rails set to +24VDC and 0(GND) and I want to use an opamp how do I get full wave on the output?

+24-0 on the supplies only gives half wave output

Basically I want to modify my 1081 design to switch in a modern OP-amp on the B340 to see what difference in tone and gain that could make.
But NEve designs only use +24-0 supplies.
