ORTF / Schlumberger (?) console H/LPF filter - any information AT ALL??

Hi all - I am talking to a seller that has some of these ORTF/Schlumberger filters, but has no info at all. Can anyone help? Schematics would be INCREDIBLE but at anything at all would be great!

PCB don't seem that complicated to reveres engineer if you don't find schemo.
Regarding the number of (quad? ) opamp I guess a four pole stereo.
Be aware that maybe the unit is not line level or balanced as it probably sit in a desk (internal level ?)

OK thanks! I assume it's unbalanced tbh, but can only hope it's line level.

I am just trying to ascertain how to rack them if I do get them, I am more familiar with German broadcast cassettes, which are mostly autonomous with a single power supply, these look like they might need different voltages at once via the multipin? Sorry, I am really only good at wiring cables!

Just replied to your other post.  The UPS5000 needs +/-15V, so the 4000 probably does as well.
