Back when I was still making drum tuners I tried to buy some small simple PCB's from a Canadian company. The PCBs later arrived from China.

For production I let my contract MFR order the PCBs from a vendor that he trusted. AFAIK he got them from China.

2) www.protoexpress.com --- We are based in Sunnyvale, California

3) www.sunstone.com --- Sunstone Circuits is located in the Pacific Northwest, about 20 miles south of Portland, Oregon.

I think 4pcb was like 10 times the cost of JLC when getting a smaller run. Maybe 10 pcbs...Can't totally recall the details...
