Would you bother turning this into something useful as in a studio environment?
It's a noise-cancelling mike, developed in the early 70's by Pearl and the Swedish military.
 
Probably not, even if it would work with 48V, it would be out of spec.
You have clearly showed operating voltages.
It might be usefull as lo-fi/effect microphone.
I believe that there's not much options to turn it in something more useful.
200-5000Hz range probably results from the ceramic type transducer and even if there is some eq in the circuit, probably change not much.

Thanks. I think you're right  :'( After reading a bit further, I realized that the frequency response limitations most likely comes from the transducer/capsule. At first I thought it was a result of the circuit.

Regarding phantom, +48...  I suspect these were designed for the Tonader system. I noticed the voltage specs after I made the post.

I've got enough effect mikes. Anyone interested?
