Hi guys :)
I like to make 3 channel mixer with battery. I think to do this with 2x9V batteries. All is Ok, but I like to make phantom power from these 2 batteries.
I found step up/down inverters (MC34063 and LM1578A) but I'm not sure that this inverters can make 48V from 18VDC

Any ideas how can I make 48V from 2x9V batteries ? :)
Thanks :)

I have one more thing to ask you :)
What about voltage multipliers with CMOS (you have one PDF about this multiplier and some PAiA tube preamps used cmos...)
But I'm afraid that this will put high frequency jamming in the signal.
Maybe this can be fixet with ferrite ring ;)

Cut down a 4 x AAA battery holder to hold 4 x GP12 12v batteries like used in Car Alarm remote controls to give you a tiny 48v phantom power supply. You can pick up non name brand versions of these batteries for 50 cents each.
