This is an idea that`s not really neccessary, but I thought that it could be a fun little pimping project
What I was thinking of doing is to light the meter on my 1176 with let`s say blue LEDs - so far so good, that`s fairly easy. But what I was thinking next is that when the compression starts (with the meter in GR-mode) the light fades to lets say red more and more as the compression gets harder. I guess the VU-signal can be used to control such an feature. Do you know if (and preferably how) this circuit can be designed? I`m not very experienced in electronics, but it would be fun to take on something like this
Edit: If you have other 1176 pimping ideas, this would probably be the place to post?
