Pre made PCB interconnects

Can anyone tell me where to buy the PCB mount 1/10" spaced sockets and if possible the cables to fit ready made.
I refer to the ones found on the Gyraf boards, eg 3 way 5 way 10 way etc

You can buy the sockets or pin headers everywhere (RS, Farnell, Elfa etc.). Ready-made cables are harder to get. You can get flatcables with dual-row connectors, but the single row kind it harder to find.

3M will make them to your specs - but don't expect them to be cheap.

BTW: does anyone know what sort of chrimp tool these socket inserts are made for? I always solder them - haven't been able to find any tool that will chrimp predictably..?
