I am selling this unit with a double preamplifier. On the one hand we have an API 312 clone with a "GENERAL AUDIO RESEARCH" pcb, with UTM, DOA 2520 audio transformers from sound skulptor. It has an output meter, a 30db pad and 48v phantom power. (it works perfectly). On the other hand we have an EZ 1290 with Carnhill audio transformers, 30db pad and phanthom. This ez1290 unit sounds very, very good but it has a slight "HUM" that I cannot remove in any way, it is something that an expert can fix. The front is made of screen-printed sanwitch aluminum, it has slight irregularities in the end area as you can see in the photo. the step numbers on ez1290 do not completely match the silkscreen The pad and phanton switches are 3 positions, at that time I didn't have others, so in the middle position the sound is muted. Any question I will be willing to try to solve it. thank you
