Just did a test recording of full orchestra with this lovely capsule.

I encourage more DIY projects using it.

Maybe someone could do a thread adapter to allow it's use on readily available bodies. With the exception of the Crown CM-700, the commercial prroducts that were made using it had pretty awful circuitry, and the CM-700 seems to never appear on the used market. The CM-700 came with the EM21 cardioid, but could be replaced with the EM23.

There's this; has anyone tried it?

@MicUlli has done a nice circuit for it. https://groupdiy.com/threads/a-very-versatile-input-stage-for-sdc-mics.80172/page-5#post-1175816

Personally, I'd be more interested in a simple thread adapter to allow it's use on something like the Takstar CM-63. Was it @kingkorg that showed the Primos to not be bothered by external polarization voltage?

I've never cared much for the EM21 cardioid, but of course the Nak CM-300/Teac/Tascam bodies didn't present the back of the capsule with a very friendly environment (no diffuser).
