These are not the kinds of things to worry about - spoken openly about, and discussed.

There must be dozens of black ops projects with Google and other tech giants, under the radar. Those are the ones that will build SkyNet...

I know China has no hesitations with implementing full-on AI into military.

They're already using it and applying it on their population.
