PSU help for 500-module

Would it be possible to get +30v-ish OR -30v-ish from the standard +/-16feed in your API rack. Don't want to mess with the rack.

look up dc to dc converters, you might find what you need.

I have been looking at them but the question is if you could use the + and - from the rack, full 32v potential, and use as input for the DC converter? The isolated types generally stops at 24v. only way to reach 30 is to go for a +/-15 which takes me back to square one. Or does it?
