This looks to be the panel from Weiss FPD collection https://shop.frontpanels.de/navi.php?a=551 . For one thing the scale number does not line up perfectly and there are no case holes drilled. I would say this is B-grade due to those facts. Anyway asking $50.00 + shipping.
