Pultec Eqp1s3 Fequencies

I would like to alter my Eqp1a DIY  frequencies  to  be similar to  Eqp1s3
Instead of 20,30,60,100Hz i would like 30,40,70,100Hz
and 5k,10k shelving.

How would I best do the math to find out a the values of caps and resistors for this?

in RC filters the freq point is found with F = 1/(2πRC)

in RL filters F = R/(2πL)
