Questions about Scamp S24 ADT module

I am recapping a S24 Scamp module that I recently purchased. Also it has been modified with a 5K gain pot instead of a 22K. Are their replacements for the Sfernice P11 pots ? Been looking but cannot find these. Also replacing the 15V regulators. Should I add thermal paste or pads? There are none to be seen.

sometime ago I bought some pots that look like those ones in Farnell, I think they were Vishay branded. Do a search there.
Anyway if you don’t get the same exact pot just use one that as similar measures and that fits

I always use thermal paste in Regulators and ICs that get hot

OK. Thanks The pcb is marked 22K Linear so I am guessing that is the correct pot for the input gain. Newark is the USA website for Farnell so will check there. For the regulator, should I also use a pad such as mica or silicon pad?

No need for insulation under the regulators.

The mica is just used for electrical insulation if they didn’t need insulation before they will not need it now.
2 different things, Mica is for electrical insulation and thermal paste is to to improve heat dissipation

Got it. This module has about 20 adjustable resistors… once I get the new gain pot installed, I will plug it into the rack, but may need someone to adjust it. Does anyone know if there are instructions from ADR for this unit? I do have lots of sales type brochures on ADR Scamp …but no set up information.
