Really Dumb Question -- Never Modded an Electret

I realize this is a totally dumb question, but I've never done this with an electret.

I have a JLI-2555B (electret) capsule and an AT3035 (electret mic).

Before I cause damage to something (you never know), this is how it's wired up, right?

But I hope you're not planning to cripple that AT3035 with a Transound capsule - that would be real step down.

I hear you. It is a pretty decent mic stock.

What would you recommend as far as small/medium sized capsules (I got way too many LDCs)? Could be electret or non-electret.

In an ideal world, I was thinking something like:
