As you are using the mu follower version, you do not really need the negative feedback to improve distortion so you can dispense with the two feedback components. You can also delete the 330K at the input and feed the signal in direct to C59. The circuit you are using is taken from my Buffer Board documentation but using a mu follower you can use the configuration used in the Poor Man's Tube Gain Make Up (PMTGMU) PCB. I have attached its details for you. (The Buffer board is its successor).
