replace a transformer

Hi all,

I have a piece of gear gone faulty - something with the transformer I think. Some points around that area that shouldnt connect seem to do.

The original was a Tricol 75, taking 110 or 220 V AC on the primaries and deliver 3 (call it 4 maybe?) separate secondary AC voltages: 8 V (1.4 A), 9 V (0.22 A) and 2x17 V (0.2A) - see picture attached.

Any idea what I could use to replace it ?

I suppose this is a custom made transformer.
(Never seen this combination before.)

what did it come out of?

if we can find a schematic then maybe we can cross it with something,
