Lowest self noise capsule

In large membrane capsules normally the noise of the electronics dominates. I'm not sure if there exists data to the acoustic noise of these capsules.
You can get about 0,8-1uVrms(A) noise from very low noise electronics. So when you need very low self noise you need to boost sensitivity of the capsule.
Let's asume you can achieve 0,9uVrms(A) with a 30mVrms/94dBSpl capsule you would have a self noise of 3,5dBSpl(A).
10Vrms max output -> 144,5dBSpl max SPL
Dynamic range 141dB.
Should be good enough for most needs ;-)
