Hello friends! Recently, I had the opportunity to obtain a 10880eq board from a seller, and the status is average. I am not sure if it will work properly.

Excuse me: Is this board worth repairing? If so, how do I wire it

Hi. You are missing 2 Sfernice 10k Ohm dual pots, and 2 10k single pots at the least. I'm not sure if they were all 10k Lin or not. I think the dual pots on the 10881 board are
as they have slugging resistors.
In terms of use, the input goes into Con 1 pin 6, and the output comes from Con 2 pin 9. If you have the Insert board 10882 as well, you could use this this to provide a buffered input and output for the EQ.

The 51 series EQ has a definite sound, works great on some things, not so good on others.

Thank you very much for your help. According to the seller's description, this is a two-stage equalizer, and the missing solder pads have been blocked by tin.
If I add the missing parts, can I make it a complete version?

Never seen a 2 way version before, so it's a Stroke /D 10881 board, Option 2, 6 just LF and Mid 2.
The boards 'probably' have all the necessary holes to populate with the required components. If you could take pictures of the whole pcb's, I may
be able to see if it's possible.
Will be a lot more work for just a single EQ unit.

So yes, the boards are the same just not fully populated.
You now just need to buy all the missing components and solder them in!
The capacitors will definitely need replacement, and the inter board connections look like they also need replacement.

You have the Insert board too, so you can use that as buffered in and out. Input is balanced but output is unbalanced, so you
could "impedance balance" it.

Excuse me, after I connected and tested, a new problem appeared. I received a very strange return signal. It seems unstable and has a lot of distortion. I made an IO board and reconnected the broken wires. A voltage of 16V was applied to it. Why does such a problem arise? Is it a grounding error, or is it due to some aging components?IMG_20230625_100651.jpgIMG_20230625_100708.jpgIMG_20230625_100736.jpgIMG_20230625_100740.jpg捕获.PNG

You first need to replace the interconnecting wires from the 10880 to the 10881, as the originals have lost their insulating tape, and so may be shorting together. And then replace all the capacitors. So how it sounds after that.
