Rifa PME271 question

Hi,
I have a Rifa PME271 needing replacement (the one on the left)
Which one I should use to replace it please?
I have new PME271M but on top there's X2 so I'm not sure it is ok
I have as well PME271E with X1 on top

What's the application?  Is it actually being used as an X1 or X2 capacitor?

I think it is a x2 as it is used on power switches

Those are EMI/ RFI suppression capacitors.
From what i remember the class X1 or X2 is only peak voltage rating, where X1 is rated for higher voltage.
There should be no other difference.
