That "Goin Home"  Woodstock performance is amazing.  And Love to change the World was a great album.  I was just a kid but I remember it like yesterday.    RIP.

Bummer, He influenced me. I played a number of songs from A Space in Time in my teens. Loved those songs.

Seeing him on the woodstock video play "going home" and pick up those watermelons at the end...I really did not fathom the blues could be played so fast and well.

that amazing performance at woodstock was a precursor to the speed picking craze that picked up later on with Halen and others, Hendrix was not a real speed pickin type of guy,

i like the crazy bass player, i'll take what he was having, ;D
