RME Fireface 800 Jack Sockets

I need to replace the jack sockets of my RME fireface 800 but i don't know the brand and the code part of the jack sockets
Anyone have this information ?

The jacks on my FireFace 400 started degrading, I called RME and they sorted it for free...
