:) what a coincidence -  I have just watched that video twice yesterday, trying to grasp a bit of all the information in there - after several times having had to give up on the reference work "A Treatise on Gyrostatics and Rotational Motion" that I have on my shelf..

..made me subscribe to the "Lectures by Walter Lewin" channel - he's one gifted teacher if there ever was one..

I'm not sure (I'm away from office these days) - it's a very very old one, my copy from the 30'es iirc

..what a great channel to bingewatch, that one..
