I’m happy to have finally found a specimen of this rare creature. However it’s missing all the cables between rack unit to reverb tanks and also the in / out connections.

Does anyone know the pinout/wiring, or have the service manual or the schematics for the MicMix Master Room Super C?

Regarding the connectors. These ones must be Jones plugs, two 3 pin and one 18 pin.

But what about these round ones that goes into the tanks? Where can I find the correct ones and what are they called?

FOR THE ROUND ONES:
The 4 pin version was used on old (1950-1960) Shure microphones it was Amphenol 91MC4M

The Amphenol part number for the cable mounted six pin version should be 91MC6M

Good luck. I believe they have been out of production for a very long time.
But there is some hope, I found some on eBay, but for a very high prices.

FOR THE SQUARE ONES:
These are usually called "Jones" plugs and were often used in old tube ham radios, and of course elsewhere.

The six pin version is Cinch p/n P306CCE and it is still in production

Be careful, as the rotation of the pins on these Jones connectors can vary. Notice that on the 18 pin connector, one row of pins is rotated 90 degrees from the other two rows.

Further, I believe that the CCE suffix indicates a right angle cable exit, and the CCT suffix indicates a straight cable exit.

It helps to be older than dirt and to have seen these things when they were in frequent use.

Might be "ham" or "aviation" connectors? They look similar to chinese soldering iron connectors.
I do not believe they are ham or aviation communcaitons connectors, at least not in my experience. Hams use 4 to 8 pin Foster connectors (sometimes called aviation connectors) - the rectangular connectors appear to be "Cinch Jones" connectors. and the round ones appear more like old microphone connectors, close to, if not like, the ones found on microphones in the 1940s (my 1947 Unidyne 555 Elvis style mic has one that sorta, kinda, almost looks like those.) Do you by any chance know the pinout configuration? Or where to find a schematic or service manual?

I’m considering whether to replace the connectors to 6 pin XLRs or to buy the last two original used ones on Ebay for $ 70 /each.. Any thoughts regarding to replace the connectors with XLR?

Sorry, That is all I know. I only know these connectors because I have seen them used on other devices. I would suggest you try sources local to you for the round connectors. Those US eBay sellers are crooks, asking way to much money because the connector is hard to find. I see no reason not to replace them with XLR connectors, but current capacity could be an issue, as the XLR pins are much smaller then the pins in the Amphenol connector.
 
This may make life easier for you. <proaudiodesignforum> they have all you need to clone the Master rsvrb.

They are indeed nicknamed "aviation".
The number indicates the diameter of the mounting hole in millimeters.
I believe the original connectors are measured in inches? The picture in the data sheet (link above) is a bit blurry but to my eyes it looks like .687 inches. It would be around 17.4 mm. I don’t think any of these connectors fit that?

Dimensions are clearly legible at the bottom of the page:
GX12 indicates a M12x0.75
GX16 is M16x1
and GX20 is M19x1
