Try this company, they have two stores in Berlin, very good range, I can't guarantee that they have what you are looking for, but the chances are very high. I also buy there, even in small quantities. I'm always embarrassed, but the guys are super nice and friendly, my tip in Berlin when it comes to screws and the like.
