Hi,
I got a non working MD421 for repair.
The main problem was a broken inner capsule wire.
I was able to pull out one round from the inner wire and now it's work.
Since I was needed to disassemble the whole capsule I removed the top wind screen with the humbucking coil and my question is how to rewire the humbucking coil.
Now the two ends of the inner coil connected to the red and green wires that going to the hi pass filter inside the microphone body.
Where should I connect the two ends of the humbucking coil?

I would just try it....
Solder the wires and hold the microphone near a working transformer.
If it hums terribly, reverse the wires of the humbucking coil...

Thanks, it seems to work good now.

I would check also pictures of the capsule on the web so see the connections.
