Well cardioid patterns vary widely between capsule types. The easiest but less scientific method would be to listen in 360 degrees a microphone that you feel has a good cardioid pattern and try to match a similar response. It will be very close

no idea, I don't know how to measure... but I'm very happy with sensibility and noise. Some years, I recorded wit the line-level input of a Digigram VX in my notebook... this is how they look inside and assembled...
