EDIT:

$250 shipped anywhere!

________

I want to sell this kit, but I'm not really sure how much would it be worth nowadays.

I bought it from another member in here, some years ago, as it is, but never had the time to finish this project. I don't have a clue how much I've payed for this. I simply can't recall.

All audio PCBs are included but no power supply.

Some PCBs are already with all components soldered. Other PCBs needs components (see pictures).

There are a few components included as well, like polystyrene capactors and some zeners.

There is also the entire rack case, of very nice mechanical construction, and a clean brand new silkscreened panel.

The meters are also included, as well as the original instructions handbook with full documents like schematics, setup and testing procedures.

There is no blemishes on the parts. All looks brand new!

As I said I don't really know how much I should ask for this, and it's been quite a while I bought this kit from another member in here.

So, please, let me know how much I should ask for, or how much you would be willing to pay, if you are interested in this.

I'm in Brazil, so shipping should be 40-80 USD, depending to which country I'll be sending it to.

I'll update this tomorrow with more detailed shipping info.

It seems this has nothing to do with me any longer but.... anyway, it was too long ago but I took a look to my records and the so called kit included:
- 6 vintage green Marinair input transformers.
- 2 vintage MArinair LO1166.
- All needed switches, including Elma 03s.
- 2 Simpson edgewide meters with correct scales.
- 2 frontplates
- 2 backplates.
- 12 upper-lower plates.
- 4 side lids.
- 10 mid plates.
- 10 amphenol 18 pin sockets.
- 8 PCBs.
- Set of styroflex caps.
- Hook up wire to put it all together.
etc...

I'm not sure what you mean...

As I said, I didn't buy this from the original seller.

I got it from a member here.

I got exactly what I have in the pictures.

Maybe he took the switches and transformers and did other things with those, and lost interest in the compressor project.

But when I bought it, it was perfectly clear what parts I was buying.

And I think I've made perfectly clear what parts I'm selling here.

So, what's the deal?

Hi Rafa
You got that kit from me. We traded it for some UTC iron. But I don´t recall which ones and how many. That thing was never a complete kit from Wonderland Audio but the PCBs only. The parts came from me, the meters were bought new from elfa.se and case came from Purusha (that was before he went into stealing other people´s IP).

And I think I've made perfectly clear what parts I'm selling here.
Just didn't want you to get some lowball offers considering the kits at the time seemed to have some pretty pricey parts. To be honest, maybe changing the title to a partial kit would make it even more clear because I assumed that box in the pics was all the transformers and other things because the "kit" title was a little confusing to me .... Definitely a bit clearer now. Still obviously a cool project.

By the way, did you ever find the fpd for the sb4000 you were asking about in that thread I linked when you asked recently?

Yes, I've found it.

Thanks for that!

Only problem is, I couldn't convert this FPD file to any other format like DWF or WMF, or something I could read out of the FPExpress software.

But I'll install the software and try it later.

You will need transformers, PSU parts, switches and some other bits to stuff the PCBs, like common resistors, lytics, tantalum caps and transistors.

Most hard to find parts like diodes, styroflex caps and zeners are included, and two PCBs are completely soldered with all parts.

Hola, Rafa. ¿Sería posible enviarlo a Málaga (Spain)? Precio?
